CROCKPOT BEEF STROGANOFF
2 pounds cubed beef stew meat2 cans mushroom soup
1 pack Lipton Onion Soup mix
1 jar sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
½ cup water
¼ cup beef broth
1 8-oz package cream cheese
Cooked egg noodles
Spray crock pot with Pam to prevent sticking.
Combine meat, mushroom soup, onion soup, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, water, and beef broth.Cook on Low for 8 hours (or High for 5 hours).
Stir in cream cheese 30 minutes before serving.
Serve over cooked egg noodles.
Serves 8.
